Are Pacifica products 100% vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients, nor do we test our products or ingredients on animals.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
Are your product containers recyclable?
Sustainability is core to our mission. Most of our packaging is recyclable through curbside programs or our partnership with specialized recycling services like TerraCycle.
